Club Alpha Omega provides the local church or chapel with an effective, Holy Spirit-empowered approach to win, build, and send young adults. The Club combines proven short-term: seeker-friendly courses to win young adults, purpose-driven courses to build young adults, and missions and outreach opportunities to send young adults. The Club enhances the experience through food fellowship and worship based in Scripture and in the local culture of young adults.

Ultimately, the success and impact of Club Alpha Omega will depend on local Club leadership. The Club experience is only as good as the core leadership who lead each Club. The very best leaders, as the King of Kings taught, are the ones who are the best servants who love their followers more than themselves. These leaders belong to what we call the "True Leadership Club" or "The Leadership Core" (TLC). TLC is made up of leaders who serve God and people publicly, privately, and all the time. They desire to disciple others even more extensively than even they were discipled. In doing so, they disciple and reproduce themselves literally out of a "job."

When TLC is combined with Club Evangelism, Discipleship, Missions, Fellowship and Worship you have Club Alpha Omega. It is our prayer to provide the local church or chapel with a reproducible, flexible and achievable means to advance the Kingdom of God "one young adult at a time, any place, anytime."

"One young adult at a time," means that a club is to be an outreach ministry, interactive setting, discipleship center and sending agency for the individual young adult. "Any place" means that a local church or chapel can sponsor a club in a non-traditional environment from a secular café, to a surf shack, to onboard a military ship - wherever young adults are! "Any time" means that both club and clubber are: ready to provide answers to the hope they have, alert to opportunities, open 24/7 for service, and constantly advancing the Kingdom of God (e.g., intercessory prayer, online forums and missions projects).

Club Alpha Omega Young Adults International is a ministry network sponsored by Christian Life Center of the Assemblies of God in Douglas, AZ. However, the club belongs to no one church. It belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ first and secondly to local church affiliates and individual young adults everywhere. The club network is managed at the international level by its co-founders and executive officers and covered by the pastoral staff of its sponsor church. Local clubs are sponsored by the local church, managed by local club leaders, and covered by the local pastoral staff. In short, it belongs to and is managed by young adults and those called to minister to them at the local level.
